Pick the oil first: REST, BALANCE or RENEW
The custom massage starts with a decision about scent, because the oil decides what the hour is for. Pressure, modality and what the menu calls each one
Past the custom massage, each treatment is its own method. Muscle Recovery Deep Tissue adds Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Russian Massage. Nirvana Stress Relief is Swedish technique with four aromatherapeutic blends: Cardamom, Neroli, Balsam Fir and Holy Basil. Immune Support opens with a steaming Blue Eucalyptus inhalation before the deep tissue work with Ginger Root oil.

Male and female therapists, the room and the member rate
We employ both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference, mention it when you schedule.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill in the consultation form. Robes and slippers are provided if you book more than one service, and shower facilities are available, so ask the receptionist when you schedule. Book two weeks ahead for the widest choice of times. Individual services need 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services.
