Membership guidelines
Using your month
- Longer services
- The membership covers 60-minute services. You are welcome to enjoy a 90-minute service: pay a discounted upgrade price, starting at $60, on the day.
- Upgrades
- Advanced massages and facials from the treatment menu are available at a discounted rate. A manicure and pedicure count as one membership service; no enhancements are included in that price.
- Yours alone
- Memberships are purchased individually, may not be shared, and must be redeemed by the enrolled member.
- No banking
- Services cannot be saved for later. Anything left unused for 90 days becomes an account credit toward regular menu priced services, and the membership is cancelled.
- Scheduling
- Book in advance to get the date, time and service provider you prefer. There are no blackout or restricted days, and you can buy and redeem at any time.
- Avenue Inn facilities
- The steam room, jacuzzi and pool belong to the Avenue Inn Hotel. Use them on your service day only, check in at the spa first, and be courteous of the space and the hotel guests.
The contract
- The term
- A year-long contract that continues until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel within the first 6 months and there is a $100 cancellation fee.
- Freezing
- After the first 6 months a membership can be frozen for up to 3 consecutive months, for travel, medical or family leave. While it is frozen you can use any available membership packages, but all other discounting is on hold.
- Gratuities
- Membership services do not include gratuities for your therapists.
- Other offers
- Membership pricing may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

What are Client Reward Points?
Our way of saying thank you. Points are awarded each time you visit and go toward services in the spa or products from the apothecary. Every client is included automatically, so there is nothing to sign up for. Give your name with every purchase.
Points for what you do
- 10,000for referring a new client to the Avenue Apothecary & Spa
- 2,000for scheduling your next visit during your first visit (new clients only)
- 2,000for trying a new service in a new department for the first time
- 500for scheduling your next visit during your current visit
Points for what you spend
- 10points for every $1 spent on any retail purchase
- 5points for every $1 spent on any spa service
- 1,000points equal $1.00 credited to your Reward Points account
The rules of the jar
- No expiry. Even a once-a-year summer client keeps earning; claiming unredeemed points is up to you.
- No cash value, and points are not transferable. The client who earned them redeems them.
- Redeem once you have enough to pay for a service or product in full, any day, any time, with no blackout dates.
- Your tally is at the bottom of your receipt, or call 302-227-5649 and ask.
